Dr. Utpal Ray, MD FRCOG is a highly acclaimed Surgeon practicing Gynaecology .He graduated from the Royal College of
Gynecology, London in 1979 and was made a Fellow of the Royal College in 1994.
By establishing Medicare Services India Ltd. in 1987, he became a pioneer in the Health Insurance Industry. Medicare TPA
Services (I) Pvt. Ltd was licensed by the regulators in 2001. Medicare TPA revolutionized the health Insurance sector with the advent of real time systems, in use of Information Technology in claim adjudication, claim administration and claims processing ,amongst Service Providers ,across all segments.
With the success of Medicare in the Health Sector he took the TPA concept to a new area in the Insurance Market and established MSIL.org in 2001. MSIL became the only institution of the time to provide Third Party Administration services for the Motor Insurance Industry .
Under his flagship Track Four Infotech was established in 2001, to provide IT and Software requirements through continuous Research and Development in various Sectors of Insurance . The idea behind this company was to bring a meiosis between Information Technology and its Application in Insurance , through real time on line systems.
In addition to being the main promoter, he is actively involved in the Management of the Company. He plays a critical role in Core Strategy Formulation and IT management. His mantra for success has been integration of sound insurance principles, domain knowledge in medicine with Information Technology |

By profession a Nutritionist but later opted for a career in Insurance Services.
A B.Sc. and B.Ed from Jadavpur University, she completed her Post Graduation in Dietetics and Applied Nutrition from All India Institute of Hygiene And Public Health in the year 1991. Interned at CMRI in the year 1991-92 and worked as a Consultant Nutritionist at Centauri Health Pvt Ltd from 1995-2004.
Thereafter joined Medicare TPA Services since March 2005.
Currently heading the Customer Care vertical in the organization
